How to return or exchange?

You can return or exchange an item up to 100 days after the date you received the product. The returned item must be in excellent condition and with no sign of use so that we can proceed to exchange it or refund its full purchase price. Check our Exchange & Return Policy according to the country of your shipping address.

Start by registering your return/exchange request on our website:


» If you have a Customer Account on our website with your registered purchase

  • Check your order status. If it’s already updated to Received, click on My Account at the top-right corner of our website. Then, select the order and click on the Return/Exchange button.


» If your order status hasn’t been updated yet or your purchase isn’t registered in any Customer Account

  • Request a return/exchange by emailing orders@nae-vegan.com. Please indicate your name and order ID.



Registration done! Now follow these steps:


1. Use the Return Label we sent with your order. Don’t have one? Don’t worry! Email us at orders@nae-
vegan.com and we will send you a new label.


If possible, please use the same packaging to return the product. Try to protect the box to avoid damaging it and to keep it reusable. Our team tries to apply the 3 R's of Sustainability in every way we can. Join us on this mission.


2. Contact the shipping company that sent the order and follow their instructions. You can drop off the package at their local service point or book a courier pickup at your shipping address.


3. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse in Lisbon, we will either send you a new one (if you requested an exchange) or fully refund the purchase price (if you requested a return).

1. To avoid customs issues, it’s extremely important that you contact us via orders@nae-vegan.com requesting a
return/exchange. We will then email you all the necessary shipping documents for you to safely return the product to our warehouse:
