At NAE Vegan Shoes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange the product within 30 days, starting from the day the order was delivered to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and product-specific conditions:

  • Socks

  • Pre-Loved Collection

  • Care products (such as cleaning sprays, brushes, creams, and protectors)

These items are considered final sale.


Return and Refund Conditions

  • All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will confirm whether it meets the return requirements.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Europe and Continental Portugal

  • Exchanges and returns are free of charge and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Please use the free return label provided with your order.

Rest of the World

  • For exchanges or returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
