Remove the coarse dirt in the first place. 

Keep your shoes clean with our gentle cleaning spray, applied using a cloth, brush, or sponge. Remember to remove excess liquid. Alternatively, a damp cloth can be used.

For added water resistance, use our waterproofer spray.  You can also use our odor eliminator spray to absorb unpleasant odors.

Allow your shoes to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight before wearing them.

Do not use polish cream, washing machines, or submerging the shoes in water to prevent irreversible damage.

    Bonjour, je chausse habituellement du 43; j'ai déjà acheté chez vous une paire de chaussures du 43 et elles me vont très bien. Je suis intéressé par les Agus Grey. Vous dites qu'il plutôt prendre une taille au dessus donc du 44. J'ai regardé votre guide des tailles. J'ai mesuré la taille de mon pied. En utilisant votre méthode, j'ai trouvé que la longueur de mon pied est 26 cm donc environ une taille 40. N'y a t-il pas un bug dans votre tableau des tailles ?

      Bonjour, Merci pour votre message et pour votre confiance envers NAE 🌿 En effet, il semble qu’il y ait eu une petite erreur dans la façon de mesurer, car 26 cm correspond normalement à une pointure EU 40, alors que vous chaussez bien du 43. Si votre paire précédente en 43 vous va parfaitement, nous vous conseillons de reprendre la même taille (43) pour les Agus Grey. Notre recommandation de prendre une taille au-dessus concerne surtout les clients qui hésitent entre deux tailles ou qui préfèrent plus d’espace, mais dans votre cas, le 43 reste le choix idéal.       Buonasera, Grazie per il suo interesse nei nostri Agus Desert Boots! 🌿 Essendo realizzati in suede, gli Agus sono resistenti all’acqua, quindi vanno bene in caso di pioggia leggera o giornate umide. Tuttavia non sono completamente impermeabili, per cui in caso di pioggia intensa è meglio evitarne l’uso prolungato. Per aumentarne la protezione consigliamo di applicare il nostro spray impermeabilizzante, che crea una barriera aggiuntiva e aiuta a mantenere la pelle scamosciata più resistente all’acqua e allo sporco.
