Delivery:


Our standard delivery is free of charge worldwide, as long as you meet a minimum value of 50, otherwise standard delivery fee is 4,90. Delivery time will be between 5 and 8 working days.
You can have express delivery for 4,90 and in 1-2 working days.


Exchange and Returns:


You can return your product in 100 days free of charge. If you have ordered a product below 50 and that you paid a delivery charge, you will be refunded if the complete order is returned.
Remember that NAE will only accepts the return request if product are in perfect condition and werent used.


How to exchange or return your order


  • Ask for return/exchange in your account in our website. If for some reason you're not registered in our website, check NAEs email confirming that your order was shipped. Inside of it, you will find a link where you can ask for return/exchange;
  • After your request, you must stick the return label outside of the box and after wrap it in the best possible way (you will find the return label inside of the box). If you not find a return label inside of the box, send us an email to orders@nae-vegan.com so we can send you one.
  • Call your local DHL office and book a pick up or just drop the package at a DHL shop.


Note: Your order may take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse. As soon as we receive it, we will inform you via email.

Delivery:


Our standard delivery is free of charge worldwide, as long as you meet a minimum value of 50, otherwise standard delivery fee is 9,90. Delivery time will be between 7 and 10 working days.
You can have express delivery for 9,90 and in 2-3 working days.


Exchange and Returns:


You can return your product in 100 days free of charge. If you have ordered a product below 50 and that you paid a delivery charge, you will be refunded if the complete order is returned.
Remember that NAE will only accepts the return request if product are in perfect condition and werent used.
Customs - The customer will bear the costs of customs in countries that request them.
